Pizzas

Using fresh dough, locally made at the Phoenix Bakehouse in Inverbervie, we are making traditional Neapolitan Pizzas with a Scottish twist. The twist being we marry the best of Italy with the best of Scotland. We use San Marzano tomatoes, the gold standard of tomatoes from Italy and a Mozzarella made in Scotland, from cows milk at Yester Farm Dairies in East Lothian to create our Margherita. This classic is the base for all our pizzas.
